Silver Leaf Drop Earrings: New in the Etsy Shop

My new silver leaf drop earrings are now in the Etsy shop. Each earring is a small branch in silver. A central stem carries six leaves, set in pairs down its length, and hangs from a simple silver hook.

The detail is in the leaves

Each leaf has a polished silver edge and a darkened, oxidised centre. That contrast is deliberate. The polished outline catches the light as you move. The oxidised centre gives each leaf depth, so it reads as a leaf and not a flat shape.

The design comes from the same place as my ink botanical drawings. I spend a long time looking at how plants grow: how a stem divides, how leaves sit against it, how they turn. These earrings keep that structure. The leaves are not identical, and neither are the two earrings. That is how plants grow, and it is how handmade work looks.

Made to wear every day

The drop is 25mm, so they sit close to the face without swinging too far. They are light enough to forget you are wearing them. They work with a jumper and jeans, and they work for an evening out.
