Capturing Nature in wax and metal
Working with forming metal is always a high. This commission was for a wedding band in silver, creating a completely bespoke and on off art work to wear every day. The silver is cast and sized and then the fold is hammered to create the shape and the texture within the concave design.

Emerald Ring
On the bench a recent commission from @ Work Gallery for a laboratory grown emerald flower set in silver. The great thing about lab grown stones is you can get such amazing colours that are made of exactly the same materials as the mined stones but at a fraction of the cost.
Green is such an important colour within jewellery design and signifies balance and nature and the emerald is famed for its intensity of green. Here a link to more information about natural mined emeralds;

So the client gained the famed intense green, the fine jewellery hand crafted setting to create a stunning bespoke ring at a fraction of the cost compared to the quality of the design.
